THE Minister of Natural Resources and
Tourism, Mr Lazaro Nyalandu, has said Tanzania must benefit from the
natural resources available in the country before anyone else.
Mr Nyalandu said the natural resources
will be used to improve the lives of youth in the country and enable
them to contribute to the nation’s economy.
Mr Nyalandu made the remarks on Sunday
when speaking to hundreds of CCM members who turned up to support him at
the CCM regional offices in Kilimanjaro Region.
He said Moshi Constituency must return
to the ruling party, stressing that there is no reason to give it to any
opposition party.
Mr Nyalandu who arrived here to seek
sponsors, was coming from Mwanza and Kagera Region. He urged his
competitors to continue promoting the party’s policies and cooperation.
He told the CCM members that he has
evaluated himself and he is ready to provide solutions challenges
dogging youths in the country.
“Just as it was in the previous regimes,
if appointed to fly the CCM flag in October, I will ensure that the
challenges facing Tanzanians are solved,” he explained.
He said the process to get capable
presidential candidate is very import in the ruling party and later only
one will be nominated to fly the party’s flag.
